We are committed to providing fast, professional, and reliable service to our customers 24 hours a day. We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team.


Position Summary


The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for responding to service calls, safely towing vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and comfortable working in various weather and traffic conditions.


Responsibilities

•  Respond promptly to towing and roadside assistance calls 
•  Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles 
•  Perform services such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery 
•  Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently 
•  Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment 
•  Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations 
•  Provide courteous and professional customer service 
•  Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers 

Qualifications

•  Valid North Carolina driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) 
•  Clean driving record 
•  Previous towing, transportation, automotive, or roadside assistance experience preferred 
•  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
•  Strong problem-solving and customer service skills 
•  Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed 
•  Must pass a background check and drug screening, if required

•  Full-time
