 Position Overview


Evan’s Towing & Recovery is growing and looking for motivated Tow Truck Drivers to join our team.


We are hiring both:

•   Experienced drivers (preferred) 
•   Entry-level candidates willing to learn (training available for the right person)

What You’ll Do

•  Respond to dispatch calls (accidents, impounds, breakdowns) 
•  Safely operate flatbed, wheel-lift, or tow trucks 
•  Secure and transport vehicles properly 
•  Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement 
•  Complete tow tickets, photos, and basic documentation 
•  Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck 

Requirements

•  Must be 21+ years old
•  Clean driving record (MVR required) 
•  Clean background 
•  Ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends) 
•  Strong work ethic and reliability 

Preferred (Not Required)

•  Previous towing experience 
•  Knowledge of Arizona towing / impound procedures 
•  Experience with flatbed or wheel-lift 

For Entry-Level Applicants

•  No experience needed — we will train the right candidate
•  Must be physically capable and willing to learn 
•  Fast-paced environment — not a “sit-down” job
