What You'll Do

• Safely operate a tow truck (wrecker or flatbed) for impounds, recoveries, and breakdowns

• Interact directly with customers

• Deliver exceptional service while representing Elite with professionalism and care

• Perform daily inspections and keep your truck clean, stocked, and job-ready

• Accurately document tows and service calls in dispatch systems (we use Towbook)

• Be ready to adapt - day or night, rain or shine, we've got people to help

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional towing or related driving experience

• A valid driver's license with a clean or nearly clean record

• Strong understanding of DOT/safety regulations and securement best practices

• A calm, problem-solving mindset - especially under pressure

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, or rotating shifts

• Professional appearance and a team-player mentality
