What You’ll Do
- Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
- Safely tow and transport disabled or damaged vehicles
- Communicate ETAs and job updates to customers
- Provide professional and calm customer service during roadside situations
- Perform basic inspections and upkeep of your tow truck
- Maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready vehicle
- Act as a key on-the-road representative of the company
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible (early is on time)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and be coached

- Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail
- Safety-focused approach to driving and operations
- Experience in towing or automotive work is helpful but not required.
