VerCom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our growing team in Somerset, Wisconsin. As a Tower Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of tower technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of tower technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards

- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job

- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects

- Train and mentor new tower technicians

- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all team members are following proper safety protocols

- Perform tower inspections and maintenance as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction or maintenance projects

- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

- Communicate project updates and progress to project managers and clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tower foreman or in a similar role

- Extensive knowledge of tower construction and maintenance techniques

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
