Big Rig One Stop is a leading and fast-growing semi service, repair, towing, and accident recovery company based in Sparta, KY. We’re currently hiring a dedicated and professional Towing & Recovery Operator to handle light to heavy-duty towing and accident recovery services across the region.
What You’ll Do:
•Operate tow trucks and recovery vehicles to assist stranded, wrecked, or disabled semis and trailers
•Respond to accident scenes, breakdowns, and emergency calls safely and efficiently
•Secure and transport heavy vehicles with precision and care
•Communicate clearly with dispatch and law enforcement when needed
•Maintain equipment and complete necessary paperwork for each call
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience with towing and recovery operations (heavy-duty preferred)
•Valid CDL (Class A required) with a clean driving record
•Ability to work in all weather conditions and under pressure
•Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
•Flexibility for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs
