POSITION SUMMARY:
The Toy Boutique Representative delivers exceptional in-store experiences at Client's corporate retail location, managing merchandising, customer service, and inventory accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
Maintain visual merchandising standards; refresh displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions.
Process sales transactions accurately; reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
Monitor stock levels; execute restocking and cycle counts; report discrepancies to management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations; attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control.
