Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and kick off their Toy Box Mini Golf experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Help create a safe, exciting, and fun atmosphere for both guests and teammates
- Deliver exceptional guest service that leaves every visitor smiling and wanting to come back
- Keep daily operations running smoothly by following procedures with a positive attitude
- Answer questions about our products, promotions, and everything Toy Box has to offer
- Process transactions quickly and accurately while handling cash like a pro
- Stay knowledgeable about our offerings so you can confidently assist guests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and one-of-a-kind experience that upholds the company's amazing reputation!
- Jump in wherever needed — from cleaning and stocking to concessions and special projects — because teamwork makes the dream work!
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (preferred)
- Strong team player who brings positive energy every shift
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to chat with anyone
