Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd like to speak with you.

As the link between our customers and our factory-trained technicians, you'll help deliver an outstanding ownership experience while maximizing customer satisfaction and service department performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately.
• Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle check-in/check-out.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status and repair progress.
• Recommend maintenance based on Toyota factory guidelines and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department.
• Process repair orders and customer payments.
• Maintain excellent CSI scores through exceptional customer service.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Toyota dealership experience is preferred.
• Service Advisor experience with any automotive manufacturer is welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency with dealership management software.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
