Onsite Job: TPS Systems & Fabrication Specialist B
Work Location: New Orleans, LA
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Shifts: Variable (1st, 2nd & Weekend Shift)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Job Description:- Apply organic coatings to meet corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
- Perform organic chemical conversion and paint preparation using brush, roll, and spray application methods.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process work instructions to ensure work is completed in alignment with engineering intent.
- Perform vacuum and mechanical bonding of Thermal Protective Systems (TPS) on flight hardware.
- Apply Thermal Protective Systems using spray and pour methods.
- Follow all assigned safety guidelines and procedures.
Must Haves:- High School Diploma.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and process documents.
Preferred:- Experience with brush, roll, and spray application methods.
Education/Experience:- High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
