Key Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor while pulling a trailer safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general farm operations as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during tractor operation.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the tractor to ensure it’s in good working condition.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependability: We need someone we can count on to show up and get the job done.
• Physical Capability: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle outdoor tasks.
• Tractor Operation Skills: Comfortable operating a tractor while pulling a trailer.
• Safety-Minded: Prioritizes safety at all times.
• Drug Screening: Able to pass a drug screening as part of the hiring process.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and perform well will open doors to higher pay opportunities.

Compensation
