Location: North Carolina
Routes: Local routes to Hickory and High Point only
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – approximately 10:00 AM (hours may vary based on workload)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver to operate both a tractor-trailer and a 26’ box truck on local routes within North Carolina. This position involves daily deliveries to Hickory and High Point with no overnight travel. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading their trucks and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic, as hours may vary depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Safely operate a tractor-trailer and/or 26’ box truck on local routes within North Carolina
  
• 
  Transport goods to and from Hickory and High Point
  
• 
  Load and unload freight at company and customer locations
  
• 
  Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transport
  
• 
  Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  
• 
  Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs
  
• 
  Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in a professional manner
  
• 
  Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel
  
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles

Qualifications

• 
  Valid CDL (Class A required for tractor-trailer operation)

  Clean driving record

  Ability to lift and move freight as required

  Ability to operate a pallet jack and other loading equipment (preferred)
