Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Transport construction materials safely and efficiently to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with dispatch and site managers to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to uphold our commitment to safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and address any delivery concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:- Experience in operating tractor-trailers, with a clean driving record.
- Ability to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety.
- Proven track record of timely and efficient delivery of construction materials.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with dispatch and site managers.
