The role will support Mattson's trade compliance program and work closely with Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and outside logistics providers with strong U.S. export/import compliance experience, with particular emphasis on the EAR

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of import/export compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of EAR, OFAC, U.S. Customs, and foreign trade regulations
• ECCN and HTS classification experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day export and import compliance activities
• Perform ECCN and HTS classifications
• Maintain denied party screening and deemed export processes
• Support licensing, audits, and compliance monitoring activities
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Assist with cross-functional trade compliance initiatives
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on import/export requirements
• Support and maintain Mattson's overall trade compliance program
