Senior Trade Compliance Counsel

The Role:

This candidate will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel and Director of Enterprise Trade Compliance. The ideal candidate has extremely strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. With divisional focus and responsibilities, the candidate will serve as the key node between business elements and the Enterprise Trade Compliance Program and needs the confidence and skills operate independently while communicating effectively simultaneously with the Assistant General Counsel and Director of Enterprise Trade Compliance, and senior division leaders.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Law degree and 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of International Trade Compliance Experience
• Internal Investigation Experience
• Defense Industry and/or USG Experience
• Government Contracts Experience
• In-House Legal Experience
• Active Security Clearance
