Trade Compliance Specialist

For our Yokneam site, we are seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to join a System

:In this role you will

Ensure compliance of controlled purchase orders and related controlled items

Supporting compliance processes within Elbit's Land Division

Helping the team to create new procedures

Provide professional support to buyers, program managers and project managers

Performing risk assessments

TAA lifecycle management - draft, submit, open Workflow, track and amend TAA and associated export license with US

Recordkeeping and auditing - maintain compliance record, NDS and related documentation

Training - provide training related to TAA (including, signature and safegursing controlled information)

:Requirements

Basic familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulation and prior exposure to US defence licensing - advantage

Creative thinking, ability to meet deadlines, high service orientation

Advanced English and fluent Hebrew skills

Cross-functional collaboration skills

Very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
