Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide real-time desktop support for trading floor users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Install and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
- Support trading applications including market data platforms
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams
Role Requirements:- Experience supporting a trading floor environment
- Windows desktop administration
- Microsoft Office 365
- Active Directory
- Desktop hardware support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues under pressure
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- Banking experience
- Bloomberg support
- Reuters support
- FIX Protocol familiarity
- Enterprise desktop deployment
