We are seeking a Trade Floor Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position supports front-office users by ensuring desktop systems, trading applications, and end-user technology remain operational with minimal disruption.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting trading environments and thrives in situations where responsiveness, communication, and technical expertise are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide onsite desktop support to front-office users.
Troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft Office applications.
Support trading platforms including Bloomberg and Reuters.
Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Assist with workstation deployments and upgrades.
Prioritize high-impact incidents with urgency.
Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
Deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience supporting a trade floor or similar high-pressure environment.
Strong Windows desktop support experience.
Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
Bloomberg support experience.
Reuters support experience.
Understanding of trading technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working onsite full time.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Capital Markets experience.
FIX Protocol knowledge.
ServiceNow experience.
Active Directory administration.
Executive support experience.
