Trade Floor Support - New York, NY - Contract W2/C2C - $35-45 Per HR
Join our team to provide essential technical support on a dynamic trading floor. This onsite contract position involves real-time assistance for trading systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. You'll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain compliance with industry standards, using a variety of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support for trading platforms and front-office staff.
- Resolve issues related to trading systems, market data feeds, and network connectivity.
- Monitor trading systems' health and performance, escalating incidents as necessary.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to support guides and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting trading platforms or financial systems in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of market data applications such as financial information platforms.
- Familiarity with operating systems, scripting, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
