Job Summary:- Provides technical assistance and rapid issue resolution for trading systems, hardware, and applications used by front-office personnel on the trading floor.
Responsibilities:- Provide real-time technical support for traders and front-office staff, resolving issues related to trading platforms, market data feeds, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Monitor the health and performance of trading systems and escalate incidents as needed.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to the creation of support guides and knowledge bases.
- Ensure minimal downtime and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
