Title: Trade Functional Analyst
Locations: Onsite: Chicago IL
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50 -$55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Requested Onsite Interview: -Chicago-InPerson Client interview is mandatory so Associates based in Chicago are required to attend in person. Non-Chicago associates who are able to travel and attend in person are also permitted.

Role Descriptions:
  • 4 Days to office Mandate :The role is based in Chicago and requires working on the trading floor at the Chicago office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional expertise in brokerage with OMS-based trading support environments.
  • Monitor the full trade lifecycle| ensuring accurate processing from execution through settlement.
  • Perform daily trade reconciliations across internal systems| clearing firms| and custodians| resolving breaks and settlement issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for front-office traders| clients| and internal partners to resolve production issues and inquiries.
  • Identify operational risks| conduct root cause analysis| and implement process improvements.
  • Produce and validate daily and weekly management reports and trading metrics.
  • Participate in system testing and support the implementation of technology enhancements.

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a front office or trading support role within a financial institution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills| with the ability to interact confidently with traders and clients.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments| including equities| fixed income| and derivatives.
  • High attention to detail when managing high volume transactions under tight deadlines.
