Title: Trade Functional Analyst Locations: Onsite: Chicago IL Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50 -$55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Role overview: Skills: Cloud Service Brokerage, Python, Client SQL Server 2019, Order Management and Despatch & Trade Finance Experience Required: 8-10 Requested Onsite Interview: -Chicago-InPerson Client interview is mandatory so Associates based in Chicago are required to attend in person. Non-Chicago associates who are able to travel and attend in person are also permitted.
Role Descriptions:
4 Days to office Mandate :The role is based in Chicago and requires working on the trading floor at the Chicago office a minimum of four days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in brokerage with OMS-based trading support environments.
Monitor the full trade lifecycle| ensuring accurate processing from execution through settlement.
Perform daily trade reconciliations across internal systems| clearing firms| and custodians| resolving breaks and settlement issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for front-office traders| clients| and internal partners to resolve production issues and inquiries.
Identify operational risks| conduct root cause analysis| and implement process improvements.
Produce and validate daily and weekly management reports and trading metrics.
Participate in system testing and support the implementation of technology enhancements.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a front office or trading support role within a financial institution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills| with the ability to interact confidently with traders and clients.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
Solid understanding of financial instruments| including equities| fixed income| and derivatives.
High attention to detail when managing high volume transactions under tight deadlines.
