Position Overview

Lead the company's Trade Marketing and Brand Management strategy for the US market, ensuring the successful execution of commercial initiatives, product launches, retail programs, and brand positioning strategies. You will work closely with the Sales, E-commerce, Operations, Brokerage, and Marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and business growth.

This role will play a key part in building and strengthening the Marketing area, leading the creation of processes, work methodologies, team structure, and performance standards that enable the operation to scale and support the company's growth.

This is not a traditional leadership role. We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with strong execution skills, who enjoys building from the ground up, implementing new initiatives, optimizing processes, and working closely with their team to turn strategies into concrete results. This will be a leader who guides, supports, and actively participates in project implementation, maintaining a balance between strategy and operations.

Job Details

  • Design and lead the execution of the annual Trade Marketing and Brand Management strategy.

  • Lead brand initiatives that strengthen positioning and consumer connection.

  • Manage the annual calendar of campaigns, promotions, and launches.

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead the implementation of product launches across different sales channels.

  • Coordinate and support the execution of Marketing and Trade Marketing campaigns with the team.

  • Manage the development and implementation of point-of-purchase (POP) materials, displays, signage, and merchandising materials.

  • Develop sales materials for brokers, distributors, and the sales force.

  • Coordinate the company's participation in trade shows, client events, and industry exhibitions.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and present recommendations to management.

  • Manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, agencies, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence, enhance the customer experience, and optimize execution at the point of sale.

  • Support strategic initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen commercial relationships.

  • Lead the development, organization, and continuous strengthening of the Marketing area, establishing processes, priorities, team structure, and performance standards that enable the company's sustainable growth.

  • Build and consolidate the area's operations by creating and standardizing processes, workflows, work methodologies, and best practices that increase the department's efficiency and scalability.

  • Lead, develop, and support the creative team, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, brand consistency, and high-quality execution, working closely with the team during the implementation of initiatives.

  • Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and new marketing technologies to optimize content production, automate processes, improve productivity, and strengthen the team's operational capacity. Design, implement, and continuously optimize processes, workflows, and management tools to improve the coordination, monitoring, and execution of projects within the department.

  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure that campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities are executed consistently across all digital channels.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by actively participating with the team in the implementation of initiatives and ensuring that strategies translate into measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Advertising, or related fields.

  • Specialization or Master's degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or related areas preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods (CG) companies, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

  • Experience working in multinational companies or companies with regional or global operations.

  • Experience leading Trade Marketing strategies and brand strengthening.

  • Experience developing business plans and Trade Marketing strategies.

  • Experience managing sales and marketing calendars.

  • Experience leading product launches and Go-to-Market strategies.

  • Experience coordinating trade shows, industry events, and brand activations.

  • Experience managing the development and implementation of Point of Purchase (POP) materials, displays, merchandising materials, and point-of-sale materials.

  • Experience developing sales materials for brokers, distributors, and sales teams.

  • Experience planning, executing, and measuring Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing campaigns. Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and generating action plans.

  • Experience managing Marketing and Trade Marketing budgets.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, agencies, brokers, retailers, and suppliers.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

  • Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with or knowledge of the US market is highly valued.

  • Advanced English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience building, reorganizing, or scaling Marketing departments in growing companies.

  • Experience leading creative teams while actively participating in the implementation and execution of initiatives alongside the team.

  • Experience implementing processes, work methodologies, workflows, and tools that improve Marketing operations.

  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to marketing (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to optimize productivity, automate tasks, and improve team performance. Ability to combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
