Position Purpose:
The Pro Sales Representative Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team of Pro Sales Representatives focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with B2B customers. This role ensures the team executes sales strategies aligned with Pro goals, manages a strong sales pipeline, and converts leads into profitable sales. The Pro Sales Representative Manager coaches, trains, and mentors the Pro Sales Representative team by fostering a results-driven culture while maintaining accountability for an assigned customer portfolio. This role requires understanding of competitive industry trends, proactive pipeline management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to support The Home Depot's Pro growth strategy.
