Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Frederick, MD 21705 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for a six-month contingent assignment to support key marketing initiatives focused on demand generation and commercial growth.
- This individual will partner with the marketing and commercial teams to execute lead-generation programs, including campaign coordination, lead capture and follow-up activities, and tracking program effectiveness.
- The Marketing Specialist will also support tradeshows and industry events, helping coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, pre- and post-event communications, lead management, and other activities that maximize engagement and return on investment.
- The Marketing Specialist will also provide day-to-day support for Global Campaign Management (GCM) initiatives, helping coordinate campaign execution across channels, stakeholders, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities may include developing and updating campaign materials, coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining project timelines, supporting reporting and performance tracking, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, event marketing, and campaign execution is preferred.
