Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll oversee exhibit projects from initial planning through final installation and event execution.

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site) | Travel up to 20%

Compensation: $70K-$80K + benefits

Role Requirements:

Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event, or related industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

Exceptional communication and client service abilities

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and accountability for project success
