Today, Lantech machines operate worldwide, supported by a global service network and multilingual technical support.Core MissionOwn the strategy, execution, and performance of Lantech's North American trade show program to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and improve sales conversion across distributor, direct, and partner channels.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Show Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage Lantech's North American trade show strategy and calendarLead cross-functional planning, timelines, vendor management, and onsite executionCoordinate booth strategy, customer engagement experiences, and event messagingDrive pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns and attendee engagementManage trade show ROI tracking, lead capture quality, and follow-up workflowsBuild and maintain relationships with MHI, PMMI, distributors, and system partnersAlign trade show initiatives with sales priorities, product launches, and growth objectivesAdditional ResponsibilitiesThis role also contributes to broader marketing initiatives based on individual skill set and team needs.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, trade shows, event management, or related commercial marketing rolesProven experience managing large-scale trade shows and integrated marketing campaignsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on executionSelf-starter with strong problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel for trade shows and industry eventsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting distributor, channel, or partner-based sales organizationsFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation tools as they relate to event lead capture and follow-upSuccess CharacteristicsHighly organized with a strong attention to detailCommercially minded and growth-orientedStrong systems thinker with a process improvement mindsetCollaborative, proactive, and execution-focusedDriven by measurable business outcomes and continuous improvementTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel domestically for major North American trade shows, industry events, and occasional conferences2–3 major trade shows each year will require approximately one week of onsite support, including one annual show requiring up to two weeks of travelAdditional travel may include shorter trips for conferences, customer engagement, or industry eventsEstimated travel: approximately 10–15% annuallyWhy You'll Love Working at LantechJob Stability: A growing, essential manufacturer with a strong market presenceCareer Growth: Clear advancement paths, skill development, and promotional opportunities401(k) with company matchQuarterly profitability bonusesPaid Life, STD & LTD insurancePaid Vacation, PTO, and 8 paid holidaysWork‑Life Balance: 4-day work weekCasual Dress & Great Culture: A supportive, team-focused environmentCome stretch your career with Lantech—where innovation meets opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
