Our security team thrives on providing exceptional customer service, by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests & fellow facility personnel. We watch over life & property, perform general crowd & access control duties. The position consists of 70% customer service and 30% security. We monitor entrances/exits, freight loading docks & doors and rove assigned areas within our worksite locations. Duties include but are not limited to; compliance with specific post instructions, credential checking, roving foot patrols to monitoring specific areas & other duties that may be required by Management.

Post orders may also include Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Special Services, Screening, Bag Checking and Asset Protection.

Successful candidates must:

• Have a current Class D Security License or Valid Temp Card (Blue)
• Be 18 years or older
• Have completed a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, (clear and effective oral & written skills)
• Professional presentation, appearance reflecting customer service skills
• Authorization to work in the US if applicable.
• Pass a criminal background check/random drug test
• Adhere to assigned schedules and be punctual
• Be able to climb stairs, stand and or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations
• Have the skills in operating radios for communications.
• Observes, logs and reports unusual, dangerous or illegal activities, incidents or unauthorized individuals at an assigned site.

• Act to enforce client & facility regulations and directives for the site pertaining to exhibitors, guests, organizers personnel, visitors, and premises.
• As assigned, may Rove on foot patrols for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances/exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
