Job Description

Global broker dealer client is seeking a securities lending trade support analyst to join their team.

Engage with the broker/dealer community regarding all post-trade functions.
Mitigate securities lending/repo transaction exposure through daily interactions.
Ensure timely settlements and avoid transaction failures by coordinating with brokers, dealers, and sub-custodians.
Collaborate with the Bank's Middle Office for accurate client and internal reporting of daily lending activity.
Confirm daily cash movements and settle loan discrepancies with the Bank's Back Office.
Oversee the month-end billing process to ensure timely completion of fee receivables.
Input and book daily lending activities into LAVA/Global One, maintaining consistency with the trade support user profile.
Manage daily processes in the Access Edge platform and for FICC.
Assist Securities Lending Desk members with operational and administrative functions for smooth transaction completion.
