Day Pitney's Trademark and Copyright Group is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 3 years of trademark and copyright experience to join our growing team in either our Boston or New York office, with flexibility to consider Connecticut.Experience and ExpertiseDomestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement, and management, including counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management.Trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and general enforcement matters.Structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to IP and trademark matters.Conducting IP due diligence for corporate mergers, acquisitions, and other deals.Trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).Day Pitney's Trademark attorneys represent clients of all sizes, including some of the world's most recognizable brands across a myriad of industry sectors, including financial services, technology, sports and entertainment, health and wellness, and consumer products.The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented and sophisticated work environment with industry experts.Day Pitney recognizes the value of flexible working arrangements alongside the benefits of in-office collaboration.
