Trademark Associate

Overview Duane Morris LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior to mid‑level associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group.Responsibilities Handle domestic and international trademark portfolios, including clearance, counselling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.Represent clients before the TTAB and participate in trademark litigation.Provide support in related areas such as copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing, and privacy (preferred).Qualifications Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience.Excellent academic credentials and strong communication, organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.Motivated, independent, and willing to learn.Writing sample and law school transcript required.Bar admission in NY or Philadelphia or ability to become admitted by waiver.Compensation and Benefits Target annual pay range of $220,000–$280,000, subject to experience and market factors.
