Affordable Legal Recruiting is partnering with a nationally recognized, highly respected law firm to identify a Trademark Litigation Associate Attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of trademark litigation experience, including federal court matters and TTAB proceedings. You will work on sophisticated brand protection disputes, collaborate with top-tier IP practitioners, and contribute to high-impact litigation strategies.
