A reputable law firm is seeking to hire experienced trademark paralegals to join our growing practice. This position is for our Denver office.
Ideal applicants will possess experience in managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals, and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up, and other due diligence matters. Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The compensation range for this office will be competitive with similar positions in the market. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
