Work is routine and manual, such as:
• Cleaning • Lubricating equipment • Replacing and cleaning filters • Painting • Moving furniture • Mowing • Weed eating • Snow removal
Emergency Hire opportunities are limited to 130 calendar days of employment.
Required qualifications may vary based on assignment. Candidates with the appropriate combination of experience and skills will be considered.
Knowledge of trades and grounds maintenance, basic skills in techniques, tools, materials, and equipment, must be able to use hand and power tools to perform manual labor, must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all individuals in a diverse multicultural environment.
