Job Summary:

As a residential plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential properties. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure that plumbing systems function efficiently and meet the needs of homeowners. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Present one's self professionally in dress and actions at all times.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully and respectively.
• Maintain regular attendance, meet schedule & timelines and communicate any absence to their immediate supervisor and dispatch coordination.
• Perform regular maintenance/ inspections of plumbing systems and ensure all installation repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
• Operate a company vehicle and follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle

Competencies for Success:

• Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
