Credit Information Management (CIM) sits within Wholesale Lending Services - Middle Office (WLS-MO) and plays a critical role in enabling the firm to transact confidently while safeguarding sensitive information. Working in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, Trading, and Research, the team helps ensure confidential data is handled appropriately and consistently with internal information barriers, supporting disciplined risk management across secondary loan and bankruptcy claims trading activities.
As a Trading Services Associate II within WLS-MO, you will prepare, negotiate, and execute confidentiality agreements with external trading counterparties in the secondary loan trading and bankruptcy claims trading markets. You will also support the controlled management and distribution of confidential information in alignment with internal information barriers and firm policies, coordinating closely with Legal, Compliance, Trading, and Research to facilitate timely, compliant trading workflows.
