This is the first of two levels in the Traffic Control series.
Incumbents install, and maintain traffic control devices. Responsibilities may include installing, repairing and replacing traffic signs; maintaining and installing pavement markings; programming, and repairing or replacing school zone flasher beacons; installing and monitoring traffic counters; collecting and analyzing traffic data; recommending the installation or modification of traffic control devices; and maintaining records of work activities.Job Type: Full-Time
