At Duraco Specialty Materials, our Traffic Coordinator does more than schedule shipments—they are problem solvers, communication hubs, and key players in delivering products to our customers on time. What Your Day Looks Like: You’ll coordinate shipping and logistics activities, working with teams across the organization to ensure materials move efficiently and accurately. - Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to support production and customer orders
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel, LTL, and truckload carriers
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels
- Monitor shipments, communicate updates, and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Partner with production, warehouse, customer service, and carriers to keep operations flowing
- Verify shipment accuracy including weights, counts, addresses, and special requirements
- Support freight claims and investigations as needed
- Manage packaging supply inventory and maintain organized shipping records
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
