Traffic Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join their team.

-Coordinate and schedule all import and export shipments
-Coordinate all international shipments with freight forwarders, internal departments and customers
-Prepare BOLs and customs forms if needed and schedule shipments with domestic and international carriers
-Schedules carriers and LTL to pick up shipments
-Monitor and ensure all paperwork is completed
-Complete data entry for UPS and FedEx Shipping Information
-Provide back-up assistance to warehouse


Required Skills & Experience
-HS Diploma or GED
-3+ years in shipping, inventory or materials management within manufacturing or distribution
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
-Strong computer skills with MS Office
-Excellent data entry skills
-Experience with an ERP system
-Experience with transportation management systems, FedEx and UPS
-Strong customer service and carrier relations skills

Preferred Skills & Experience
-AA degree
-Experience with export and trade compliance
