    What You'll Do
    • Execute day-to-day traffic operations, including preparing and sending delivery orders to carriers.
    • Communicate with trucking companies to confirm pickups and deliveries and resolve basic shipment issues.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and upload proof of delivery and related receipts.
    • Prepare billing packages and assist with invoicing tasks.
    • Coordinate payment requests for carriers and service providers.
    • Provide responsive customer service and ensure timely updates on shipment status.
     
    What You Bring
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
    • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support within a professional environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and customer-focused.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new systems.
    • A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
