  • Serve as a visible and helpful resource for residents and visitors
  • Answer questions and help connect the public to the right city resources

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
  • Skilled at communicating clearly and confidently
  • Calm under pressure and able to navigate enforcement-related interactions respectfully
  • Organized, observant, and detail-oriented
  • Committed to providing excellent public service

This position is critical to operations and there are two shifts (shift preference determined by seniority.) These shifts include the following:

  • Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

There are no exceptions or guarantees made regarding shift assignment. Applicants must be open and available for any shift if applying for this position.
