Join a hands-on manufacturing team in Minden, LA where you’ll help turn plans and raw materials into dependable trailers. As a Trailer Assembly Technician, you’ll work with hand and power tools, follow specifications, and contribute to a safe, efficient production floor.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Minden, LA
- Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation
- Base Pay: $17–$18 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and help produce trailers to exact specifications and work orders
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment with care and precision
- Read and interpret basic instructions, blueprints, and job tickets
- Check your work to ensure accuracy, fit, and finish
- Load, move, and stage materials to keep production flowing
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Pitch in with general labor and other shop duties as needed
What You Bring
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred (not required)
- Comfort using hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting and can hit production targets
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
