Position: Trailer Finisher
Location: Beaver City, NE

We re hiring a Trailer Finisher to complete the final step in the trailer build process before certification. If you re hands-on, motivated, and like seeing a job through to the end, this is a great opportunity to earn solid pay and transition quickly to piece-rate earnings.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $20.00/hour during training
Pay Structure: Transition to piece-rate pay after 1 3 weeks (earn more based on productivity)
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
Bonus: Ability to leave early once daily schedule is completed
What You ll Do
As a Trailer Finisher, you ll complete the final assembly and detailing of trailers prior to certification. Duties include:
Wiring trailers and installing lights
Installing flooring (drilling and screwing wood floors)
Applying logos and DOT tape
Torquing tire lug nuts to specification
Operating a forklift to move trailers to finishing positions
Working on top of, underneath, and inside trailers as needed
The company manufactures Utility, Gooseneck, Flatbed, Equipment, Car, and Dump Trailers.
Required Skills & Physical Requirements
Ability to maneuver over, under, and around trailers, including tight spaces
Ability to operate drills and screw guns and read a tape measure (on-the-job training available)
Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
Ability to lift 40+ pounds frequently
Ability to stand, climb, and work on trailers for extended periods
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work without direct supervision
