Join First Team Staffing as a Trailer Systems Technician & Fabrication Welder
Picture your day in Hermitage, TN: you clock in, review a work order for a brake issue on a dry van, run diagnostics, pull wheels, inspect linings and hardware, and button it back up to spec. Next, you’re laying clean welds on a cracked crossmember, fabricating a small patch panel, and verifying electrical continuity on marker lights—then taking a quick quality check to ensure everything meets safety standards. That’s the rhythm here: hands-on problem solving, quality craftsmanship, and pride in keeping trailers road-ready.
