Key Responsibilities:
-Perform advanced welding and fabrication on aluminum and steel trailer components, including overhead and undercarriage work -Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to plan and execute weld sequences -Operate fabrication equipment and machinery while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety standards -Inspect finished work, troubleshoot defects, and perform basic maintenance on equipment
Required Skills & Experience:
-Welding certification and hands-on experience with aluminum and steel welding -Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and work orders accurately -Strong basic math skills and mechanical aptitude -3-5 years of fabrication or related welding experience OR technical school training
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Associate's degree from a technical or trade school -Experience in trailer, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing environments
Pay Rate Range - 27.00 per hour +
