Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Three years of experience in train control maintenance, repair and inspection work are required. The DTPW classification of Train Control Supervisor performs safety-sensitive functions and is subject to the provisions of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Drug and Alcohol Regulations. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.

The Train Control Supervisor uses Technical Knowledge of railway switch, signaling, interlocking systems and leadership skills to manage maintenance teams, this position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on automatic train control (ATC), automatic train protection ( ATP) , automatic train operation ( ATO) , switch and signaling systems.
