Trainee - Indy

Compensation for this position starts at $21.00 per hour, $26.68 after 90 days, with the potential to earn $29.10 after 6 months

Schedule: 2-2-3 with rotating 12 hours shifts, alternating days and nights every two weeks.

The Production Associate will work as part of our production line team to produce a quality product at the quantity instructed by management. This position will assist in meeting or exceeding production goals on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

•Loading and unloading items from machines

•Examining products to ensure conformance to quality standards

•Observing equipment operations so that any malfunctions are reported to management

•Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in the work area

•Performing general cleanup and maintenance of work area

•6 Months previous experience in a manufacturing environment

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Math and reasoning skills as well as proven problem solving skills

•Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and tolerate heat during summer months

•Effective communication skills including the ability to create and maintain productive working relationships
