Job Title: Trainee Laboratory Technician
Location: Williston, ND 58801(Local candidates preferred)
Duration: 6 months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Pay Rate: $19.90/hour (W2)
Training: Must be able to attend 1 week of new employee training in Oklahoma (covered by employer)
Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 8 Days On / 4 Days Off
- 8 Nights On / 4 Days Off
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing on company products.
- Prepare laboratory reports before service delivery.
- Assist with additive selection and fluid design.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and cleanliness.
- Dispose of laboratory waste properly.
- Prepare technical presentations.
- Perform laboratory audits.
- Provide technical support as needed.
- Conduct risk analysis before tasks.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings.
- Follow HSE and Quality procedures.
- Wear required PPE and maintain safety training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Entry-level; training provided.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
- Steel toe shoes required.
- PPE provided: Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, safety boots.
