Trainee Laboratory Technician

FieldBridge is looking for a Trainee Laboratory Technician in Windsor, Colorado to work for the worlds largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

$19.90 - $25.00/hour | 5 days on / 2 days off, 12-hour shifts, Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $25/hr and 60 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,750 gross.

• Temporary assignment through February 9, 2027
• Must be able to start no later than October 1, 2026

• Starting pay is $19.90/hr with no experience, up to $25.00/hr based on relevant experience
• Steel-toed shoe reimbursement available (up to $150); PPE including coveralls and safety glasses provided

Position Overview
Support a busy oilfield services laboratory by performing quality assurance tests on company products and preparing lab reports ahead of wellsite service delivery. You will learn additive selection and fluid design while working alongside engineers and product champions. This is a strong entry point for someone who wants to build a career in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance tests on products and prepare laboratory reports before service delivery
• Learn to perform additive selection and fluid design with support from engineers and product champions
• Keep laboratory equipment clean and in working order, and dispose of waste regularly
• Perform risk analysis before each task and follow all HSE policies, including wearing PPE
• Participate in lab audits, quality meetings, and HSE initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of experience
• Laboratory experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills and ability to navigate File Explorer and general computer systems
• Strong willingness to learn and support multiple functions
• Able to meet the lifting requirements of the position
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 5:00 AM
