JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct training for client staff.
• Coordinate with the client to update and manage training materials.
• Assess CSR knowledge and support testing of CSR knowledge.
• Deliver new-hire and refresher training covering HBX systems, customer service, Exchange policies/processes, privacy/security, and Language Access requirements.
• Use effective training methods and adult learning principles.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials, job aids, and tests.
• Address identified knowledge gaps.
• Support training for supervisors and other support staff as required.

SKILL SET:

Mandatory:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of work-related experience.
• Health insurance exchange content knowledge and experience.
• Experience training contact center staff.
• Experience managing training materials.
• Experience assessing CSR knowledge.

Desired:

• Experience with adult learning methods.
• Experience developing and using job aids/tests.
• Experience delivering refresher training.
• Experience providing privacy/security training.

EDUCATION:
Relevant education/training.
