Role Overview
At Chick-fil-A DFW Airport, being a Trainer is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to lead by example, develop others, and help build a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous growth. In our fast-paced airport environment, Trainers play a critical role in onboarding and developing new team members while ensuring operational standards, guest service expectations, and food quality requirements are consistently achieved.
This role includes both Front of House and Back of House training responsibilities depending on assignment. Trainers provide hands-on coaching, reinforce Chick-fil-A standards, and help team members build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Through mentorship, feedback, and leadership, Trainers help create exceptional guest experiences and support a high-performing restaurant team.
